  • Managed a high volume personal injury docket representing Defendants across Texas in personal injury claims, including slip and falls, dog bites, soft-tissue injuries, as well as multi-million dollar car and motorcycle accident claims reaching successful resolutions through mediation and trial.

  • Represented national nursing home and assisted living facility groups in defending Texas claims.  Negotiated successful resolutions in cases involving  falls, pressure wounds, malnutrition, medical negligence, licensing and staffing.   

  • Represented plaintiffs and insurers in residential and commercial property damage claims, including Hurricane-related claims, across Texas for hail damage, wind damage, storm damage, fire claims, as well as coverage disputes involving commercial general liability and property policies.

  • Represented clients in complex, multi-party residential and commercial construction cases, including claims regarding masonry, framing, pool installations, and catastrophic jobsite injuries.

  • Represented numerous clients in physician malpractice and health care claims, involving oral surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, general practice, elder care and emergency room physicians.

  • Represented Texas-based employer in FLSA class-action wage claim with 150+ plaintiffs in Federal Court.

  • Prosecuted and defended employment claims for local school districts, including termination and non-renewals; conducted employment investigations for employers related to employee misconduct.

  • Represented non-subscriber employers in on-the-job personal injury and wrongful death claims.

  • Represented employees and employers in contract negotiation, severance agreements, employment discrimination, harassment, and wage claims.

  • Obtained favorable rulings for school districts in appeal of decisions to the Fifth Circuit and Texas Supreme Court.

  • Represented family members in probate litigation involving multi-million dollar family estate.

  • Represented medical professionals, including nurses and physicians, in front of State licensing boards.
